Harper and Claire playing with some of their presents at the Dass Compound on Christmas morning.
Christmas at the Dass Compound. I’ll put up some photos of Christmas at mine and Danielle’s family later tonight or tomorrow. Claire really enjoyed Christmas. I think we all did. It’s been nice to be able to actually spend some time, some day time, with my family. Reaaal nice! ::clicks tongue, makes OK sign::
This is how we’re spending our morning. And, well worth it I say. We’re feeling very jolly. Yes we are.
I know. This makes two open ended part one’s. I’m aware. Never fear. Part twos are on the way.
*Proprietor’s Note: I’m looking balder this year. It’s starting to look like “an island” situation even. Well, that’s what I once heard something similar
callously cleverly described as.
Claire had a great time decorating her tree. She demanded her own little tree. And refers to the big tree as Mom’s Tree. I’m a little curious as to why 20 miniature Christmas lights require 4 D Cell batteries. It’s like they think I want them to shine past the heat death of the universe.
It’s beginning to look like Christmas. What? It’s the 20th?! Must go.
